End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Rezzles Games (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of our software, Hexalog (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Rezzles Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Software to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Rezzles Games.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Rezzles Games retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Rezzles Games if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. REZZLES GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REZZLES GAMES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REZZLES GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF REZZLES GAMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Country/State] to resolve any legal matter arising from this EULA.

9. Updates and Upgrades

Rezzles Games may provide updates or upgrades to the Software from time to time. Any such updates or upgrades provided to you shall be subject to the terms of this EULA unless otherwise provided in a separate license agreement.
